Underpinned by a long history of family traditions and values, the origins of Chosen Group traces back to 1998 when Mr He and his younger brother first became involved in the real estate and property industry in China. Built literally from the ground up, the He Brothers established “Qiaoshun Group”, a property developer that would eventually construct the ground-breaking and now historic Qingyuan project. From the very beginning, the He brothers were driven by the determination to serve the community, to better the quality and standard of living, and to make a real difference in people’s lives.
